1. What We Do
Clover Network and partners provide integrated payment processing solutions for software platforms, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprises, and merchants. Our services include credit/debit card payments, ACH transactions, and digital payment processing.
2. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. The information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
3. Fees & Payments
Fees are clearly stated before you sign up for our services. Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions. We may update our fees, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.
4. Responsible Use
Do not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities. Do not provide false business or personal information. You must respect third-party policies and intellectual property rights when using our services.
5. Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We employ encryption and fraud protection to ensure the security of transactions.
6. SMS Messaging
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again, and we will resume sending SMS messages.
7. Limits of Liability
Clover Network and partners are not responsible for losses due to system failures, third-party actions, or user errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you paid us in the last three months.
8. Canceling & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes before they take effect.

This promotional offer runs from Sept 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 and is available to qualifying Clover Business Solutions customers who have not maintained a merchant account with First Data Merchant Services LLC within the past six months.
Qualified participants may receive a $500 rebate when they purchase or subscribe to a Clover Business bundle, which includes one of the following point-of-sale devices: Clover Flex, Flex Pocket, Mini, Station Solo, or Station Duo, under a 36-month or 48-month term. The bundle also comes with a 60-day free trial of the Essentials service plan. Rebates are typically issued around 60 days after processing begins. Monthly fees for the Essentials Plan will begin after the trial period ends.
To qualify, merchants must (1) purchase or lease eligible Clover hardware, (2) receive credit approval during the promotional window (9/1/25–12/31/25), (3) sign a merchant processing Agreement, and (4) activate their account within 30 Days of Approval.
Additional fees may apply to certain features after activation. Only one offer may be claimed per business tax ID. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Eligibility is determined solely by First Data Merchant Services LLC.
